Jonny Woo’s 20 years in Drag party was hands down the best party I’ve EVER been part of!! (and as the international disco queen that I am… that’s saying something)

Nearly every iconic public figure from the East End London queer scene from the last twenty years was there

Being involved in the circuit for over ten years myself, it was like the ultimate reunion

It was overwhelming to say the least. It was like the NYC Downlow, Horse Meat Disco and every GOOD queer party that has ever existed all crammed into one at The Glory with top notch entertainment all night from Diane Chorley and many more performing to some of Jonny’s all time favourite songs. The vibe was THROUGH THE ROOF and I was on FIRE ALL NIGHT LONG BABY!

I feel so privileged to be part of such a wonderful caring queerdo fam. EVERYONE made an effort and wore their finest ridiculous garments. I find it super inspiring to be surrounded by so many people expressing themselves in such a strong visual way. London is where it’s at for me. I’ll be moving base next summer and blimey… I can’t freaking wait!

It was the perfect celebration for me to leave London and head back to Australia to tour for the next few months
